She was part of the music and entertainment coordinators at the Southerner’s Club and she was a member of the Shawnee Church of God in Flatwoods. She was a Beautician who owned her own shop for many years. She was born Jin Ashland, Ky a daughter of the late George Washington and Gertrude Tackett Seagraves. She is survived by her loving husband Phillip “Phil” Petrucci, a son Stephen Matthew (Sarah) Petrucci of Chapel Hill, NC, two granddaughters Grace and Katie, two brothers Charles R. She is preceded in death in addition to her parents by a brother Jack Huffman. Jean and her husband, Phil, even went on a cruise every couple of years because they loved it so much. She enjoyed bowling, diamond craft painting, crafting, playing games on the iPad with her granddaughters, and she was an animal lover. She was an LPN and a homemaker in her own home. She was born Augin Ashland, Ky a daughter of the late Charles R. Jean Petrucci, 72, of Ashland, Ky passed away Wednesday, Jat Kings Daughters Medical Center in Ashland. Services for Tim will be conducted Wednesday, Jat 12 Noon at the Lazear Funeral Home Chapel in Ashland by Chaplain Jimm Smedley with entombment to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. He is survived by his wife Virginia Winell Hill Collinsworth, two daughters Vicki Stewart and Kelly (Steve) Chandler, three grandchildren Sarah Elizabeth Stewart, Cory (Ian) Campbell, and Shay Chandler, a great-grandchild Camron Cordle and a sister-in-law Sarah Hamilton Collinsworth.
He is preceded in death in addition to his parents by two sisters Wandaleen Walters Bailey and Estella Groves and two brothers Alexander Hamilton Collinsworth and Abraham Lincoln Collinsworth. He enjoyed yardwork and could best be described as wonderful, funny, awesome, everyone’s friend, a role model and well loved by all who knew him. Tim was an avid UK Wildcat fan, he loved his family and especially his grandkids. He was an Air Force veteran and a welder at Armco for over 30 years. He was born Januin Salyersville, Ky a son of the late Green Wade and Kittie Howard Collinsworth. “Tim” Collinsworth, 85, of Ashland, Ky died Thursday, Jat the Community Hospice Care Center in Ashland.
